Thank you for being a part of Weatherhead's strategic and future‑forming summit. The Weatherhead Appreciative Inquiry Summit brought together more than 160 internal and external stakeholders to share their thoughts, passions, talents, and visions. Everyone was engaged as a co‑designer to share leadership and take ownership for making the future of Weatherhead successful. The meeting was based on a simple notion: when it comes to enterprise innovation and integration, there is nothing that brings out the best in human systems ‑ faster, more consistently, and more effectively ‑ than the power of "the whole."

The Weatherhead Appreciative Inquiry Summit that took place from November 2-4, 2023 honored our history, transformed very real challenges into high impact opportunities, and elevated our sights in a world calling for so much.
